1. What is Indibid?

Indibid is a unique "Play to Win" platform where you can win premium products by demonstrating your gaming skills. Simply choose a product, join a pool, play the game, and aim for the top score to claim your reward.

2. How does the gaming experience work?

You start with selecting a premium product, choose a game and pool size, and pay a small entry fee to join. If you secure the highest leaderboard score, you can win the product at a fraction of its retail price.

3. What happens if I don't win?

If you don’t top the leaderboard, you can still earn Indibid Coins based on your score. You can use these coins to try again or save them for future challenges.

4. How can I redeem my coins?

Our team is continually working on exciting new ways to redeem coins. Currently, you can use your coins to play more games.

5. Is there a limit to participation in a game challenge?

Yes, you can join a specific game only once, but you get one additional chance to improve your score. This gives every player a fair chance to win.

6. How will I know if I’ve won a product?

You’ll receive an in-app notification and an email from Team Indibid if you top the leaderboard. You can also track your status and rewards in the "My Zone" section of your profile.

7. Is my personal and payment information safe on Indibid?

Yes, all transactions are secured with encrypted payment gateways, and we do not store any banking data. Payment methods use 3D secure authentication for added protection.

9. Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?

Products are delivered in sealed brand packaging and, as per our Terms, winnings cannot be returned. For any issues or warranty claims, please contact the brand directly. Damaged products should be reported at the time of delivery.

10. Can I play multiple games at the same time?

Yes, you can join multiple pools across different games. For the same pool in the same game, you are allowed only two attempts: your first entry at full price and a second entry at 75% of the original price. Once your score is submitted for the second attempt, you cannot play that game again. This ensures a fair opportunity for every player.

11. Is online gaming legal in India?

Yes, online skill-based games are legal in most parts of India. However, real-money gaming is restricted in some states, such as Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland, Odisha, and Telangana.

12. Why do I need to verify my account, and how do I claim my winnings?

Account verification is mandatory for security and compliance with tax guidelines. Users must submit documents like a PAN card and AADHAR Card to verify their identity before claiming winnings.

14. Are my winnings taxable?

Yes, winnings over Rs 10,000 are subject to a 30% tax deduction at source (TDS), which Indibid will handle before crediting your account. You’ll receive a TDS certificate for filing your income tax returns.
